RMI DIMENSION INC. is a Non-Government Organization committed to community empowerment and sustainable development. The purposes and objectives of the organization include the following:

1. To provide technical and vocational training programs in areas such as Basic Sewing skill, Bag Making, Curtain Making, Upholstery, Furniture Making, Cabinet making, Electronics, Electrical installation, Hairdressing, Beauty care and other livelihood skills for youth, out-of-school individuals, and unemployed adults.
2. To promote inclusive education and lifelong learning by offering skills development opportunities that align with the industry needs in the locality.
3. To support poverty alleviation and employment generation through the enhancement of community-based skills and entrepreneurship programs.
4. To partner with local government units (LGUs), educational institutions, and private sectors in the implementation of training, outreach, and development initiatives.
5. To advocate for community transformation by developing human potential, fostering self-reliance, and encouraging civic participation.
6. To conduct seminars, workshops, and outreach projects that support the holistic growth and well-being of marginalized and underprivileged sectors.
7. To assist in the formulation and implementation of local development plans through active participation in local special bodies, consultations, and planning processes, in line with the principles of participatory governance.
